FG To Sign Investment Agreement With Foreign Nations

The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is organizing a significant summit where new landmark investment agreements will be signed between Nigeria, multilateral trade associations, and foreign countries.

This event, known as the 2023 LCCI International Business Conference & Expo, bears the theme “Invest Nigeria” and aims to introduce 10 Unicorn Companies to the Nigerian Economy while facilitating crucial investment agreements between Nigeria and other nations.

The summit’s highlights include a Business Forum featuring prominent figures such as the Presidency, State Government officials, Diplomats, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment, as well as leaders from the organized private sector.

Prior to the keynote address, there will be a governor’s session where five State Governors will address the audience, shedding light on investment opportunities within their respective states and the incentives available.

Moreover, the forum will include ten business-to-business sessions focused on Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Fintech, textiles, and the creative arts. Additionally, there will be four government-to-government meetings, providing an opportunity for representatives of the Nigerian government to engage with their counterparts from other governments.
