Tension escalates within the Big Brother Naija All-Stars House as Venita Akpofure refers to her fellow housemate, Ilebaye, as “a toddler in a China shop” during Thursday’s episode.
Following this remark, Mercy Eke steps in to intervene, cautioning Ilebaye against paying too much attention to Venita’s advice. Venita used the analogy to offer guidance to Ilebaye on her behavior within the Big Brother house.
Venita also emphasizes that all the housemates are not “equal,” encouraging Ilebaye to discern her place and choose her interactions wisely by metaphorically suggesting she “use a ruler and measure” where she belongs and with whom she converses.
“You’re a toddler in a China shop,” and Ilebaye asked: “What do you mean by that?”
She replied: “Not all of us are equal here, so use a ruler and measure where you are and who you talk to.”
Mercy Eke interjected: “Don’t listen to her. We are all the same. If anyone do you something, dem go collect.”
Mercy’s intervention sparked anger in Venita, leading to a heated exchange of words between the two while the rest of the housemates observed the escalating confrontation.
