Asa Asika, a prominent Nigerian talent manager known for his association with superstar singer Davido, recently celebrated his personal growth and success, highlighting the fact that he achieved it without a university degree.
In a conversation with social media influencer Smart Money Arese, the 32-year-old entrepreneur disclosed that, despite not having a formal education, he is responsible for employing and providing monthly salaries to over a hundred individuals.
Having dropped out of university, Asa now oversees multiple entertainment and management companies. During the interview, he emphasized the uniqueness of each person’s journey and stressed that there is no predefined path to success.
Contrary to popular belief, he exemplified that educational qualifications do not solely determine one’s accomplishments.
He said;
“I have no regret, as most of my close friends earn ‘peanuts’ despite being Ph.D. holders.”
He further added, “Without being condescending or trying to sound cocky, I have friends who have gone to school and have Ph.Ds now, and they are working a 9-to-5 and making peanuts.”
