Damola Olatunji, a well-known actor in Nigerian films, has expressed concern about a reported threat to his life after the announcement of his separation from Bukola Arugba, his former partner and the mother of his child.
While engaging with his fans, Damola Olatunji shared a peculiar incident that occurred during his time in London.
He playfully recounted an encounter wherein a woman approached him at a train station and whispered unsettling words in his ear.
According to Olatunji, the woman placed her hands on his shoulder and conveyed in the Yoruba language that if they were to engage in intimate relations, his survival would be jeopardized.
The actor sought clarification from his fans, expressing his apprehension about the woman’s statement.
He further questioned whether he should speak with security personnel. He wrote:
“I am reporting a threat to my life.
A woman looked at me at the train station in the city of London, put her hand on my shoulder, and whispered into my ear “Ti mo ba ki yin mole, emi yin a fe bo”.
What does that mean because I am afraid o? Should I call DSS and the Police? But for now, I am running”.
Only a few days ago, Damola Olatunji experienced his first Father’s Day without the presence of his estranged partner, Bukola Arugba, by his side.
In a disclosure, the actor explained that he purposefully remained silent about their separation, refraining from sharing his perspective, out of deep affection and respect for his children.
