West Ham Rejects Arsenal's £80m Opening Bid for Declan Rice

West Ham’s chairman, David Sullivan, has officially announced that Declan Rice will be granted permission to depart the club during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Rice, who has garnered interest from top clubs such as Manchester United and Bayern Munich, played a vital role in West Ham’s recent triumph as he helped lead the team to victory in the Europa Conference League.

Despite this news, the Hammers have promptly turned down Arsenal’s initial bid for the talented midfielder, which was reportedly valued at £80 million along with additional performance-based incentives.

It is anticipated that the Gunners will make an improved offer for Rice in the days to come, intensifying the pursuit for the West Ham captain.
