The Federal High Court has granted an interim order restraining Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) from embarking on its proposed strike slated for Wednesday over fuel hike, iwitnesslive.com can report
The court rose from its sitting on Monday evening to pull the plug on NLC and TUC move to embark on its planned nationwide strike until the determination of the motion on notice.
Justice O. Y. Anuwe issued the order today and adjourned further hearing till 19 June.
