Reality TV star Alexandra Amuchechukwu Asogwa aka Alex Unusual has described Nigeria as a finished country following her experience at a filling station.
The ‘anti-bullying specialist’ claimed that some fuel attendant had told her to buy from black market rather than waste her time queing at the pump
“I came out to buy fuel, their gate was open and the workers went, “we no dey sell but we get black market for sale”. Inside the filling station!!! A finished country. Tufiakwa,” she wrote.
Long queue returned to many filling stations in Lagos and Abuja on Monday after many filling stations refuse to sell fuel.
The “panic buying’ comes into effect after President Bola Tinubu declared in clear terms that fuel subsidy was gone. But Labour lambasted the president for revealing his plans to remove fuel subsidy during his speech, blaming the latest fuel scarcity on the President’s revelation.
