Italy U-20 gaffer, Carmine Nunziata has told his players to brace up for a difficult game against Nigeria on Wednesday night.
Speaking on the official website of Italia Football Federation, Nunziata says his little understanding of Nigeria’s style of play is a clear indication that today’s game won’t be a stroll in the park for his players.
He added that Nigeria’s physicality and speed are major factors that could create a huge problem for his players when both nation square up tonight.
“A strong team, difficult to face because they have extremely physical players, endowed with great speed,” Carmine Nunziata told the official website of the Italian Football Federation.

The Italians are aiming for a win in Wednesday evening’s fixture at Malvinas Argentinas’ Stadium in Mendoza, to guarantee qualification to the knockout stages of the 2023 FIFA U20 World Cup.
Nigeria needs a draw against Azzurrini to secure a place in the knockout stage before their final group game against five-time champions Brazil on Saturday.
Italy became the censure of all eyes after beating one of the pre-tournament favorites Brazil 3-2 in their group opener.
