The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal have commenced the separate pre hearing session of five parties against the election of the President -Elect , Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
The parties in the order of hearing are Action Alliance , Action People’s Party, Labour Party, Allied People’s Movement and People’s Democratic Party .
Respondents in the all the petitions are APC, INEC, Tinubu and Shetimma.
