Leicester City’s interim manager, Dean Smith says everything humanly possible is being done to ensure Kelechi Iheanacho return for Foxes’ last two games of the season.
Kel cropped up an injury in the build-up to Jamie Vardy’s leveller against Leeds United, and team doctors have been working round the clock to rush him back to action as Madisson continue to struggle with form.
“Kel has responded to treatment. He’s not back for the weekend, but we may get him back for the last two games of the season. Other than that, everyone came through the [Everton] game okay,” Smith told club official website
Iheanacho has scored eight goals in all competitions this season.
