The arrest of syndicates by the department of state services for their involvement in the sale of the redesigned naira notes.
In a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the DSS, Peter Afunanya, the Service also established the involvement of some Commercial Bank officials in aiding the suspects.
The Service also asked appropriate regulatory authorities to step up monitoring and supervisory activities to expeditiously address the emerging trends
