Following President Muhammadu Buhari’s intervention through his counterpart in Egypt, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the north African country has opened its bother for Nigerian students evacuated from Sudan.
This much was disclosed by bike Dabiri-Erewa, chairperson of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM).
Dabiri-Erewa disclosed this via a post on Twitter
“The border has just been opened (with stringent conditions) after President Buhari’s intervention with the Egyptian President. So the processing of evacuees by the Nigerian Embassy in Egypt will begin”
