According to Sky Deutschland, German Bundesliga side, RB Leipzig now has Super Eagles prospects and Union Sain Galloise striker, Victor Boniface on its radar.
Sky Sport Germany’s top transfer reporter, Philipp Hinze confirmed on Twitter that the Nigerian is currently being monitored by the German Bundesliga side to fill the void as Chelsea-bound Nkunku leaves the club at the end of the season.
But he stated clearly that while he is not viewed as perfect replacement for Nkunku, he can be signed on to beef up Leipzig’s attack if the duo of Yussuf Poulsen or André Silva head to exit the door next summer.
Victor #Boniface was observed several times by #RBLeipzig . But: Not seen as a potential Nkunku successor. But: clear nine, target player, 1.89m tall. Technically average. Would be a replacement in the event of a possible Silva/Poulsen departure. No first pick.

It would be recalled that Bonuface hit the ground running since joining Union Saint Galloise in 2022 and he is currently worth between €8m-€10m.
The striker has scored 15 goals with 10 assists in 45 games, and he is currently in contention for a place in Nigeria’s senior national team.
