Men of the Ogun State Police Command on Monday arraigned Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable at the magistrate court in Ifo for assault.
A video seen by our correspondent showed Portable spotting a black T-shirt at the court.
The controversial singer was arrested on Friday following the expiration of a 72-hour ultimatum given to him by the state police command.
The police had said the singer would face six-count charges including assaulting cops after resisting arrest last Tuesday.
