Obidients hijack Abuja-Lagos airplane
A drama ensured at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport on Saturday when a strong supporter of Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi attempted to hijack Ibom Air Abuja-Lagos flight.
Reports revealed that the man was said to have sworn that Tinubu would never be sworn in as Nigeria’s next president.
He then rallied other Obidients on board and prevented the plane from taking off. It took the immediate intervention of security operatives before normalcy returned and the man was whisked away for questioning.
