The Chairman of Uzo Uwani local government area of Enugu, Chukwudi Nnadozie, has drafted a team of security personnel to Opanda Farm Settlement with a mandate to halt the killing of farmers in the area and bring the killers to book.
Nnadozie, who personally led a special security team to the farm, stated that his administration would no longer tolerate any form of killing in the area while charging security agents to as a matter of urgency, flush-out the invading miscreants who he said must be punished.
He said “We know they come from neighboring states but the security have been charged to flush them out and make the farm habitable for our Farmers.”
