Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has commended his colleagues Funke Akindele , on her political bold step in running for deputy governor of Lagos State, on the recent gubernatorial election regardless of the defeat.
The movies star, who took to his Instagram page to write a heartfelt message to her, advised her to return her campaign photos to her page, because they would serve as a reminder of her success and battle scars.
According to him,. those campaign
pictures are part of her battle scars, urging her to wear them proudly.
The actor stressed that those pictures deserve to remain on your page forever because ‘ She is a warrior ‘.
He added that those photos were historical moment for her and a rare privilege, as such should not be discouraged with what people say or think

“Of course I can’t sit in my house and know your reason for doing so, neither is it my business.

“A warrior is always proud of his or her battle scars. The scars are proof that he or she went to battle and came back alive.
