Switching from reality TV to acting easy for me — Seyi Awolowo

A former Big Brother Naija contestant, Seyi Awolowo, has said the transition from TV reality into full-time acting was easy because had been in the industry before entering the BB Naija House.

He said he used the BB Naija platform to sell his acting talent and declared that the move is paying off.

“Before reality TV, I had been acting and modelling. So, there was not really much of a transition. I just went into the BBN house to be myself, and came back hoping that I had sold myself enough to be considered for more acting roles in much more significant movies. I did not really overcome anything; it was already there. I am grateful for that,” he said.

He described the movie, Brotherhood, as the one that has left him with a memorable experience in his acting career.

“That would be the movie, Brotherhood, because it was my first major action film. The experience was fantastic. I got to act alongside many incredible actors, such as Zubby Michaels, Basketmouth, Toni Tones, Tobi Bakre, Falz, Diane Russet, Dorathy Bachor and Jidekene Achufusi. I am definitely looking forward to a whole lot more that I can do on screen,” he added.
