Mammoth crowds welcomed the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, in Delta and Edo State on Saturday.
Obi came third in the February 25 presidential election but he won in Delta and Edo states.
Obi was passing through the states but he stopped over to thank his supporters.
He was seen brimming with smiles as he waved to the crowd that were shouting his name.
In a manner similar to the campaign period, crowds lined up on both sides of the road as Obi waved at them from an open-roof vehicle.
Speaking, Obi said: “I’m passing through Delta State – a propitious moment to say a big thank you to the Delta OBIdients for remaining steadfast.”
