Super Eagles assistant goalkeeper, Adeleye Adebayo’s brilliance between the sticks has secured Israeli League playoffs for his side, Hapoel Jerusalem FC.
In an exclusive chat with iwitnesslive.com from his base, the former Golden Eaglets goalkeeper expressed his relief and delight after Hapoel Jerusalem completed the fifth team that will feature in the playoffs later this month.

The qualified teams are Maccabi Haifa, Hapoel Be’er Sheva, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Maccabi Netanya, and Hapoel Katamon.
Adeleye seems to be number one in the pecking order Super Eagles goalkeeper are in top form ahead of this month’s AFCON 2023 qualifiers. He is the most consistent Nigerian goalkeeper in Europe this season with 19 league matches to his credit.
The 22-year-old is in the best shape of his life after keeping eight clean sheets in 19 matches.
