Peter Okoye has warned Nigerians to be wary of politicians who adopt ethnic differences to cause division.
Still smarting from Labour Party defeats in 2023 Presidential elections, Peter said politicians now use tribal differences to cover up ongoing evil in Nigeria, which according to him has pitched Yorubas against Igbos and vice versa.
He maintained that Yorubas and Igbos are one family, adding that they do not hate each other.
“I am an Igbo man married to a Yoruba woman! Igbos do not hate Yorubas. Neither do Yorubas hate Igbos. Politicians are using tribes as an excuse to cover their evil They don’t like you whether Igbo or Yoruba. They only care about their pockets. Be wiser”, he tweeted.
