Miffed by Peter Obi’s decision to head to court and challenge the outcome of the 2023 presidential elections, one of the founding members of the Arewa Consultative Forum, Tanko Yakassai maintains that the Labour Party presidential candidate still has a lot to learn about Nigeria’s politics.
He told Peter Obi to endure the pain of losing an election because such experience will go a long way to equip him for future elections.
“Anybody that is contesting or starting something for the first time is in the learning process. Peter Obi is new to the world. He has a lot of time to learn. Peter Obi needs to be patient and endure. He needs a lot of time to learn about the process.” Takashi said in an interview with Arise Television on Thursday.
Recall Obi said he will be heading to court in the coming days to challenge the 2023 Presidential elections
Obi said, “We will explore all the legal and peaceful means to reclaim our mandate. We won the election. Datti and I are committed to the mandate of Nigerians.”
