The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, floored former President Olusegun Obasanjo at his polling unit in Abeokuta as the erstwhile Governor of Lagos beats the latter’s preferred candidate, Peter Obi of Labour Party.
Tinubu scored 56 votes to beat the Labour Party candidate who 9 votes to distant second at Ward 11, Zone 6, Unit 22, Abeokuta North Local Government, where Obasanjo voted.
People’s Democratic Party’s Atiku Abubakar was also beaten to the fourth position by African Democratic Congress, ADC candidate who scored 8 votes to PDP’s seven.
The void votes are 10. In the Senatorial election, in the polling unit, the PDP scored 31 votes, while the APC scored 37 votes and Labour Party scored 1 vote.
