Victor Moses sets to resume training in March

By David Kabiyesi

Barring any late setback, erstwhile Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses is expected back in full training by early March, iwitnesslive.com can report.

Speaking on Spartak Moscow YouTube page, the former Chelsea winger confirmed that he would return to full training in two weeks time after being sidelined for six months.

Moses cropped up Achilles tendon injury during Spartak’s league fixtures against Ural and has been pushing himself hard to return to full fitness.

“When you have a Achilles injury like this, it normally takes time, six to seven months, to get yourself back into your normal rhythm.

“I’m working so hard to get back into full fitness, started to do a little bit with the team now, but hopefully maybe in about two weeks or so I should start full session with the team.

“It’s just a matter of process, I just get to take it each day as it comes and the only way I can obviously overcome this is by working hard everyday, and to try and make sure I can get as fit as possible to come back and join the team fully.” he said
