The news comes after it was revealed former Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti is suing the Toffees at the High Court in London.
While Ancelotti is taking the Toffees to the clubIn a statement released on their website on Monday, the club said: “Everton Football Club today announces its Chief Executive Officer, Denise Barrett-Baxendale, Chief Finance and Strategy Officer Grant Ingles and Non-Executive Director Graeme Sharp have left their roles.
“The outgoing directors have worked tirelessly over recent months to assist with the preparation for a transition to a new board.
“The club is very appreciative of this generous accommodation, which is both characteristic of them, and entirely in the spirit of the best values of our club.”
A message from the departing directors was also released as they revealed their pride in helping to build the club’s new stadium amongst other ‘commercial achievements’.
The club also revealed a statement will be made about interim appointments and the future of chairman Bill Kenwright will be made in the next 48 hours.
Kenwright said: “This has been a great board who have all worked tirelessly for the club, no matter what the circumstances.
“My relationship with Denise has been known as one of the closest in football. I thank her for her many achievements, particularly her magnificent work in respect of our new stadium.”
Meanwhile, it’s also been revealed that Ancelotti – who resigned as manager two years ago – has filed a claim against the Merseyside outfit.
Ancelotti, now Real Madrid boss, guided Everton to a tenth-place finish in his only full season in chargeAccording to court records, as per The Guardian, it relates to ‘general commercial contracts and arrangements’.
It’s also listed to be heard in the commercial court.
There have been no further details provided regarding Ancelotti’s claim against the club he managed for 18 months.
Ancelotti’s lawyers opted not to comment, whilst Everton have not responded to The Guardian’s calls requesting comment.
The 64-year-old’s legal action comes just weeks after Everton managed to survive a second consecutive Premier League relegation battle on the final day.
