If there’s one thing about Ijoba Lande, it’s that he wears his emotions on his sleeve—and this time, he went all out!
Nigerian comedian Ganiyu Morufu, aka Ijoba Lande, had a full-blown meltdown of joy after Afrobeats superstar Davido posted his comedy skit on Instagram. The skit, in which Lande hilariously declared in Yoruba that he doesn’t need motivation, instantly became a viral meme once OBO shared it.
But while fans were hyped to see the connection, nobody lost their mind more than Ijoba Lande himself!
The second he saw Davido’s post, Ijoba Lande went into full “somebody hold me” mode! A video captured him stepping out of his car in the middle of traffic, screaming, running around like he just won the lottery, and at one point, dramatically collapsing on the ground in pure disbelief.
Still shaking, he took to social media to share his thoughts:
“@davido post me… is this a dream??? If I’m sleeping, please wake me up… Ori Ade! Baba Imade!!!”
