Nigerian vlogger and entrepreneur Toke Makinwa has criticized married women, especially celebrities, who previously judged her for being single but are now either dating others or cheating in their marriages.
In a recent Instagram story, the BBNaija host took aim at these unnamed women who, despite presenting themselves as committed, are still available to other men. Toke Makinwa alluded to their past criticisms of her and indicated that she now chooses to extend the same grace toward them as they once did towards her.
“S/O all the people that used to judge me. Now that life has visited you, I’ll show you grace. Awon married woman but available. This is why I never judged anyone. Look how life has humbled you now, Love you still,” she wrote.
In a follow-up post, Toke Makinwa reversed her stance, sending love and light to married women who might feel targeted by her earlier comments.
“Let’s not shake tables. Love and light”, she said.
