Media influencer, Ifedayo Olarinde, otherwise known as Daddy Freeze has branded celebrities and any Nigerian with ₦500,000 account balance as poor.
Daddy Freeze took to his verified Instagram account to describe individuals who fall within this range as citizens who live below the poverty line.
The media personality hinged his submission on the high cost of living in states like Lagos and Port Harcourt, adding that only a village setting can accommodate an individual with ₦500,000.
Furthermore, he asserted that those living in urban areas will consistently face a low quality of life if their account balance falls below ₦500,000.
He said, “If you don’t have ₦500k cash in all your accounts joined together, you are living in poverty unless you live in a village. If you live in Port Harcourt, Lago,s or Abuja, and you have less than ₦500k, you will live a substandard life, he said on Instagram.
